Pro Aptitude Academy Terms of Service

*By accessing or using Pro Aptitude Academy services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
User Requirements
Students must use their legal names as they would like to appear on their certificates to prevent system abuse and ensure proper documentation.
Refund Policy
No refunds policy is in effect to prevent system abuse and fraudulent activities.
Service Duration
All certificates, referral letters, recommendation letters, aptitude optimisations, and academy services do not expire and remain valid indefinitely.
Intellectual Property
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any content from Pro Aptitude Academy in any form without express written permission. All intellectual property including academy concepts, structural design, branding, schema, catchphrases, logos, artistic ideas, and the signature trio of blockchain-verified certificates remain the exclusive property of Pro Aptitude Academy and its Founder.
Prohibited Uses
Users agree not to use the academy services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the academy systems.
Account Responsibilities
Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Service Termination
Pro Aptitude Academy reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to services at any time without notice for violation of these terms.
Educational Services
Users acknowledge that practical training is provided by employers in real-life job settings and workplace environments, not by Pro Aptitude Academy. Students are responsible for meeting any background check requirements that may be requested by future employers, as Pro Aptitude Academy does not conduct background checks.
Age Requirements
Users must be at least 16 years of age to use academy services or have parental consent if under 18.
Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be resolved according to Canadian law and jurisdiction.
Terms Updates
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice and continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund or compensation.
Pro Affiliate Program Terms
Pro Aptitude Academy offers a Pro Affiliate Program ("Program") to approved partners ("Pro Affiliates"). Participation in the Program is subject to the following terms:
Eligibility: Participation requires successful completion of Pro Aptitude Academy's prescreening process. Pro Aptitude Academy reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Commission Structure: Approved Pro Affiliates earn 55% commission on every course sale completed through their unique referral link. Commissions are calculated on the net sale price at the time of purchase.
Referral Window: A referral is valid for 90 days from the date a prospective student clicks the Pro Affiliate's unique link. If the prospective student enrolls within this window, the commission is credited to the referring Pro Affiliate.
Verification Hold: All commissions are subject to a 30-day verification hold following the date of sale to allow for payment reconciliation and refund processing.
Payment: Verified commissions are paid on the 13th of each month via PayPal or Stripe directly to the Pro Affiliate's designated account. A minimum balance of $25 is required for payout. Pro Aptitude Academy will never request banking information from Pro Affiliates.
Brand Guidelines: Pro Affiliates must represent Pro Aptitude Academy honestly and professionally. Misrepresentation of courses, pricing, credentials, or program terms is grounds for immediate termination.
Termination: Pro Aptitude Academy reserves the right to terminate any Pro Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Earned and verified commissions at the time of termination will be honoured.
No Guarantee of Earnings: Pro Aptitude Academy makes no guarantee of income or earnings through participation in the Program. Results depend entirely on the Pro Affiliate's individual efforts.
