How long does it take to get paid after someone signs up?
After someone enrolls and payment is confirmed, there's a thirty day hold while we verify everything is legitimate. After that thirty day window, your fifty five percent commission is locked in. Payouts happen on the thirteenth of every month through PayPal or Stripe.

What happens if a customer requests a refund — do I lose my commission?
Pro Aptitude Academy does not offer refunds. All course purchases are final. Our no-refund policy is clearly stated in our Terms of Service, which customers agree to at sign-up and checkout. If a customer disputes the transaction with their bank (chargeback), that's handled between the customer and their bank — not through Pro Aptitude Academy.

The Pro Affiliate Program is a single-tier commission structure. You earn fifty five percent on every sale you directly generate through your unique affiliate link. We do not currently offer multi-tier recruitment or sub-affiliate opportunities.

How are commissions calculated if a customer uses both a discount code and my affiliate link?
Your fifty five percent commission is calculated on the final purchase price after any discounts are applied. So if a course normally costs five hundred and fifty five dollars but the customer uses a coupon code for twenty percent off, your commission is fifty five percent of the discounted price.

Is there a minimum payout amount before I can withdraw my earnings?
Your earnings accumulate from verified sales, and payouts happen on the thirteenth of every month through PayPal or Stripe, whichever you've selected. There is no minimum threshold — you get paid for whatever you've earned.
